I got few responses, Lonnie offered to send some notes from his Veritas Class
over fax. Thanks Lonnie.

I wanted to make sure what I am doing is right, before I try anything on the
production server. so I setup a test machine, added few disks to rootdg and
created a volume/file system. And then moved it out of rootdg without disrupting
the data. it worked fine for me.

The steps I followed were more or less same as SRDB#12177.

thanks,
sandeep
