SUMMARY: Setting login attempt failures to three tries

        The answer is to insert the line:
        
        RETRIES=3

        into the /etc/default/login file. BUT, this still wouldn't work
unless you have the patch 105665-03 loaded.

        I had patch 105665-01 loaded on my system and the retries option
didn't work.
