Quick followup:

"Miller Sutfin" <msutfin@mho.net> says the latest fix is to use a
heatsink. I am unable to find the p/n for this.

Dave Foster <foster@bial1.ucsd.edu> says he thinks the wrong p/n is
in the SRDB, and that the fan is free. 540-2761 /is/ listed in the
catalog as a CPU fan, but it's $20, not free.
