group is a very cool resource!
Problem was getting a U60 to boot after a motherboard swap. The best
explanation/solution was provided by Barry Gamblin (thanks again):
> Did you swap out the nvram? It's a black removable chip with a yellow
> label on it. Sounds like the one you got is set to run max diagnostics.
> You can attach a terminal to serial port a and see what the thing is
> doing. But if you swap the nvram from your old board, you should see it
> boot up right away.
