First of all I must thank Roy Culley for his prompt answer.

My question is How to stop NIS+ service on a Solaris 7 w/s.

Proposed answer is :-

Boot the machine into single user mode. Either delete directory /var/nis
or rename it. If the file /etc/.rootkey exists remove it. Copy
/etc/nsswitch.files to /etc/nsswitch.conf. Edit /etc/nsswitch.conf and
make sure that the hosts entry has 'files dns'. Reboot machine
and it should be nis+ free.
