Solution: (duh) Use the last command. That prints out all the info I
needed about when users logged in/out.

All I want to do is to track logins and logouts. I've been looking
at SUNWaccr and SUNWaccu accounting programs and am having a hard time
merging files and finding logout times. I've tried merging
/var/adm/wtmp and /var/adm/pacct but it doesn't seem to working.

Do you have any advice or sample scripts? I've also been looking a
suns documentation site.
