Hello sun-managers,

many thanks again for the information. I was looking for an mpeg2
decoder for UNIX (i.e. Solaris 2.5.1) which I am able to "program" with
some C source code to accept a buffer carried by UDP protocol. Almost
everyone told me to use xanim,mepg_play to look at the java media
foundation (JMF) or to surf at www.sunfreeware.com. That did it.
