A followup to my previous summary, Casper Dik says 3303 has rev 4.4 cache
and 2953 has rev 4.5.

Jeff Wasilko <jeffw@smoe.org> provides the very useful info that
the 2MB cache parts are for the SC2000 which has 2 XDBusses and
so there is 1MB cache per bus.
