Thanks again to all who replied. I did see this patch - #105393-07 on
sunsolve. This patch is a y2k and leap year security fix. A while ago I
posted a cron question dealing with any user other than root , with
cron.allow privs and belonging to the group sys, running a cron job, and
having that cron job fail. It happens on 3 different systems.
Someone told me of a patch for that purpose, though I cannot find it.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
OS=Solaris 2.6
HW=Sparc20 and Sparc5
user is in the group "sys"
user has cron.allow privs
script is written in /bin/sh
script runs fine from command line.
