Almost all indicate that The web server should be listening on it's
IPaddress, instead of just binding to all interfaces . I think that's the
matter too. but I can't ensure it because that's a remote server behind
a firewall , and when i logon that server and running 'netstat -a', it's
output just hung. so ... ;-)
