SUMMARY: AXi power on after power failure

Thanks to the "too many to list here" people who responded.

The suggestions all ranged from getting a new power supply to wiring the
umper (J3301) that controls the power toggle switch. I will try the
latter since the power supply that came with my AXi has a real power
switch on it, so the jumper must be resetting something.

Anyany case, my original problem was after a power outage, the machine
wouldn't boot backup without toggling the front power switch.
