SUMMARY : .pdf files and Zz

Thanks to all who resonded. I did indeed go Back to the adobe site and
download a version of Acrobat
for the user. It works great and he is happy!

No one could figure out the .Zz file extension. We gave up here as well and
told the user to try downloading it again.
