I have received a couple of responses, one suggestion was to write a
script, and the other using /etc/skel/text and /etc/skel/bin, which I
could not get to work. The good news is that I have passed this
responsibility of creating the directory to the user.
Thanks for the responses.

Question for the group,
I need to add about 60 unix id's to a unix server(ultra 450e running
solairs 2.6.
I am using /etc/skel to copy application enviroment variables that are
required. They are the same for every id, so that works well. I also
need to add a directory called files under each home directory for the
application. Is there a way that I can set up /etc/skel to
automatically make this directory anytime I use admintool to create a
new id(with the cshrc)?
Thanks
MArk
