Yeah! IT was my browser problem. After i reinitialized the encoding
option to Western, it works fine.

But, just wonder why it works initially fine for all the pages i went,
except this.

Seems that i have to double initialized my browser to view the page.

Anyway, many thanks to the very fast (real fast) response from Casper
Dik and Swee-Chuan Khoo. Thanks also to those who may send the response
after my summary.

i couldn't click on the English option.....has anybody tried on the
English version?
