SUMMARY: xpg4 and ccs?

These `two' directories (not `to' of course) are:

ccs - compiler/linker tools
xpg4 - POSIX compatibility.

I used pkginfo to try and figure out what the xpg4 is, and I should have
instead read the man page :(
