Hello,
I have increased /usr/lib/nfs/mountd process number and now I am waiting
the results. Because I am getting this message time to time not always. I
don't think overloaded network is my case. I have monitored network with
network monitor tool and it seems normal.
Thanks to all replies.

I recently moved a NIS+ domain from one building to another and it
included changing ip addresses of all of the machines in the domain.
When we came up in the new building, I was getting a lot of these
same messages but only from a few of the machines - in other words
only a few of the machines would not respond and then be ok. I also
noticed that network performance was atrocious! I called the network
engineers and they asked me all sorts of questions about my
configuration and how I was using the machines - etc etc etc. Finally,
I got so tired of waiting for them that I used mini-hubs to move the
network connections of the machines that got this error to shared
connections of machines that had no problem. Wah-Lah! The network
performance improved dramatically. So I told the network folks which
connection destinations I moved and wouldn't you know it --- they
all came to a common card in the phone closet that turned out to be
bad. They replaced the card, I moved the machines back to their
original connections and everything is honkey-dorey.
Your problem may/may not be something broken in the network
but this may give you an idea on how to trouble shoot it. Other
possible methods to use would be to connect a network analyzer
to the network and look for other machines with the same ip address
and network collisions and network utilization - you may simply have
a saturated network.
Good luck - Tom Erickson
How much memory do you have ? If plenty, consider increase the the number
of nfsd in /etc/rc3.d/S15nfs.server.

You may have an overloaded network and the server
cannot respond it time. Or the filesystems on the fileserver
have too many requests and the disk controller cannot respond.

Nesrin,
Try starting some additional instances of /usr/lib/nfs/mountd and see if
that helps. I'd have at least 5 running in your case.
Good luck,
