Original Question :
:)During some high load times
:)in the performance monitor
:)instead of graphs/lines
:)(for each monitoring item ie. cpu, pkts, load)
:)I got RIP (with in a tombstone knid of figure background)
:)When that load generating application
:)(many WEB requests) quits, performance monitor
:)came back to normal.
:)
:)What does that mean ??
:)"Rest In Pease" or is it something to do with
:)Routing Internet Protocol.
:)
:)Is that some kind of load the server cannot
:)handle ? What can I do to get rid of this
:)next time.
:)---------------------------------------
:)I'm running
:)stocks@congo% uname -a
:)SunOS congo.lanka.com 5.5.1 Generic sun4m sparc SUNW,SPARCstation-4
:)---------------------------------------

It is "Rest in Peace."
No remedy other than killing the heavily loaded process.
Better run those resource processes at low load times.

Thanks for contributions.
