Thanks everyone for the quick responses! BTW, for those who responded with boot
-r -- I tried that right off to no avail. The answer was the one I felt all
along: The devices could be pulled off the Solaris CD and setup to configure the
ultra 1 disk to run on a ultra 1 creator 3d. But I can't go back and forth. I've
just told the "bad" news to the Drafting Supervisor who will eventually tell the
"good" news to the disk drive outlet...
