I found two different freeware BASIC compilers. Thanks for you help
everyone!
There is BWBASIC found at ftp://ftp.rahul.net/pub/rhn/bwb*,
and YABASIC found at ftp.b-e-s-t.com in /pub/archive.

Both seem to perform fine :)
