I had posted a question about how to correct the problem of dtterm
text display on NCD terminals. I had specified that I was
using the Solaris fontserver and had emailed my fontserver.cfg and
NCD rmeote configuration file (ncd_std)

Rick von Richter was gracious enough to supply me his copies of the
files and with a few minor modifications, unrelated to the
problem they worked great and the problem cleared up.

You can pretty much use the standard Sun supplied fontserver.cfg and
simply make sure that when setting the X server default font
path in the NCD config file, the entry for the fontserver host must
appear last, and be preceded by the NCD supplied 100dpi and 75dpi fonts
like so:

xserver-default-font-path = {
        { "/usr/lib/X11/ncd/fonts/pcf/100dpi/" }
        { "/usr/lib/X11/ncd/fonts/pcf/75dpi/" }
        { "/usr/dt/config/xfonts/C/" }
        { "built-ins" }
        { "/usr/lib/X11/ncd/fonts/pcf/misc/" }
}
