So it ends up that this isn't documentation that Sun distributes. It
is a book. I found the ISBN (0-13-099227-5) from a link I got from
Emy Parparit's very helpful message. The best price I found was at
Bookpool (www.bookpool.com) for $35.50 [shipping not included].

Techo bookstores can get it. It isn't an SMCC or SunSoft book, it comes from Sun Micro Electronics or something.
I would also highly recommend getting the Ultra I/II User's Guide, lots of good info on the chips and instructions there.
