The answer is yes.
Edit file : /etc/opt/licenses/daemon_options
Look for this entry, LINGER sunpro.cc 300
The value 300 is the default time delay in seconds.
Change to your desired timing then restart the
license daemon as follow.
Stop daemon
# /etc/opt/licenses/lmdown -c /etc/opt/licenses/licenses_combined
Start daemon
# /etc/rc2.d/S85lmgrd
