Thanks to the many who replied, and the various suggestions
offered.
I must admit that I have only tried the most common response
which was to obtain the HP JetAdmin software from HP's
web site, http://www.hp.com/, install that and let jetadmin
create the queue necessaries rather than admintool.
As most of you know, the Sun Managers Summaries Archive (with a search
engine) is at http://www.latech.edu/sunman.html.
For your info, I didn't receive a mailed FAQ when I subscribed.
This may be because I subscribed to

as advised, being in the UK myself.
