That is to say, "Skip Cyl "0" completely" (remaining unused space is
negligible.)

Another person suggested skipping 2 Cyl's, but with over 90 sectors per
Cyl, the 0 Cyl is more than adequate on a 4GB drive to preserve the
partition table.
