The solution is as suggested by Glenn Satchell, to add a ethernet
port to a tokenring client, and make a subnet.
For information, blackbox have a tokenring to ethernet bridge, but
this will be an expensive solution (See also David Sinn's response).

On one of your other boxes hang an ethernet hub off its ethernet port
and make another subnet. If it's a Sun then routing, etc, should all work.

I cannot remember what the part number is, as it was a long time when I
messed around with token ring/ethernet bridges, but IBM do make a bridge.
You can also get AUI to BNC or RJ-45 transceviers to convert.
I hope this helps.

You will need a router. There are some manufacturers that make Token Ring
to Ethernet bridges, by from my experience they are not worth the trouble
(the problem stems from the fact that Ethernet has a smaller maximum packet
size then does Token Ring, to properly handle this you need a router).
Cisco makes a small router in their 2500 series that has both Token Ring
and Ethernet ports.

Look at "http://www.blackbox.com/". They may have what you need.
They can sometimes be expensive, but have things you cannot find
elsewhere.
