Can anyone recomend a bootable 3rd party 12x or better SCSI CDROMs for Sparcs?

and had loads of replies, thanks to all.

Every one who recomended a drive went for Plextor 12 speed or 20 speed drives, with a jumper for 512byte/block selection.
