Hi!
CDROM problem is solved. Toshiba seems to have sent out 12x CDroms
that had hardware problems. The following problem was only solved
about a month ago.. The 12x cdrom with revision 2 work. The older
rev 1 version don't work. Sun was pretty slow to find this out, but
eventually they sent out their field technician, who after installing
all sorts of patches etc.. wound up getting a rev 2 device.. and
saw that that fixed things.
