Summary:
Pull down the media menu and go to jukeboxes.
Pull down the view menu and select details.
Scroll down to the Volumes area. You should see the cleaning cartridge
labled as "Cleaning Tape (0 uses left)". Change the 0 to whatever
number of cleanings the cartridge can do. Click Change and then click
apply.

Solstice backup is networker under a different name. This works
under networker and should work under Solstice backup.
nsrjb -U 20 -S 28
Where the -U is followed by the number of uses that the
tape is good for and the -S is followed by the slot number.
