Try long distance carriers - AT&T, Sprint, MCI
Try netscape home page as they offer a ISP signup service
Try national providers: UUNet, Ultranet, PSINet
Try national networks: Compuserve, AOL
Serveral people provided specific names and web-sites for the areas in
question
