SUMMARY: Changing default boot device

I solved the problem myself.

The problem was that the bootdisk was not on the default diskisp path.
In fact, the default diskisp path has no disks associated with it, unlike
our other 6000. I created an nvalias to the proper path, set it as my
boot-device, and all worked.
