Everytime I try to summarize, I find another half dozen or so responses.
I'll take a snapshot of it for this summary.
Most folks are using version 3.4. Some mentioned proctool, which I agree
is a 'better' tool in some sense, but doesn't work well on PC telnet
sessions. The following is at least a partial list of the sites where you
