I finally solved the problem by:
1) ypcat -k ypservers > /tmp/ypservers
2) editor /tmp/ypservers to fix the bad entry
3) cd /var/yp
4) cat /tmp/ypservers|makedbm - /var/yp/`domainname`/ypservers
