ntalk and ytalk in one archive is available from my ftp site:
ftp://ftp.zeta.org.au/home/grove/stuff/ytalk-sol.tar.gz
compiled for Solaris 2.5.x
The archive includes in.ntalkd and ytalk, which is all you need.
The old ntalk client will not compile properly under Solaris but
these programs are well used and tested by me!

I have since compiled ytalk on Sol 2.5.1 and got it to work successfully
