Summary: Networker backup traffic makes NFS unusable

I originally described a situation where running networker backup on caused
by NFS server (a client of networker) to become unavailable, with other
client machines saying "NFS server not responding, still trying".

The conclusion is "Yes, Networker does this. Horrible innit"

No one actually _knew_ what the problem was. It might be network overload
or it might be CPU overload, or even swapping!

Suggested workarounds include 'nice'ing the "save" process, getting rid of
Networker :-), running extra nfsd threads (probably a good idea anyway),
reducing the parallism of the networker server, and building a secondary
ethernet network just to run this backup!

I'll try some of these out this weekend, and hope and pray. Sorry no nice
clean answer, but it seems to be "one of these things" :-(
