Thank you for so many people give me the answer. The solution is create a
file "/etc/shells" and put /bin/tcsh entry in it.
After I fixed "tcsh" problem, I got another problem. The users who have
"tcsh" as default shell have no problem on remote "FTP", but those user
whose default shell is not "tcsh" can NOT remote FTP any more. I have
been tried put /bin/sh /bin/csh orm /bin/ksh on "/etc/shells", still can
not fixed this problem. Please give me some hint. Thank you.
PS: My computer SUN SParc and SOLARIS 2.5.
