Dear Sun Managers,
Hi and thanks once again for all of your help. My original question was about changing the shell of a user in a Solaris environment
running NIS+.
The overall concensus was to stay away from the GUI tool and stick to the command line interface.
The command line I needed was:
#nistabladm -m shell=/bin/(shell) username,passwd.org_dir
Thank all of you who responded(to numerous to mention) for the assistance and the patience to answer questions like these.
I will start using the command line instead of the GUI.
Thanks again!!!
John
