Wow! Once again this list comes through! Within 30 minutes of seeing my post,
I had the answer I needed with a URL of where to find the needed software. In
my original question (shown at the end of this message), I asked if an
ethernet interface on a SunOS box could have multiple addresses, as this
feature is built into Solaris. The way to do it is with 'vif', which stands
for virtual interface. It's available at http://fy.chalmers.se/~appro/VIF.html

Original question:
Hello all. I've noticed in the Solaris 2.x faq it mentions (4.10) that you can
have more than one address per interface by using ':N' after the interface
name. Is there any way, through 3rd party software or something else, to do
the same thing in SunOS?
Thanks in advance,
