Thanks for all the replies, it really help.
The solution for the problem is to reset the RPC Secure password of the
particular user, what I done is :
1) Log in as root
2) newkey -u <user>
3) Enter the new seure password for the user.
This will reset the secure password and the error message won't come up
anymore.
