All the answers point to the same direction:
Increase the values of the /etc/system file so ORACLE can allocate the
amount of memory needed. In this case "shmsys:shminfo_shmmax" , i
increase that value and everything is fine now (as a matter of fact we
have an increase in performance of 75% in the process we were trying to
run)
