I have no idea what the problem was, but I unshared everything, stopped all
the processes, restarted everything, and shared everything again, and it
worked!

I have two machines NFSclient and NFSserver. I tried to mount a directory off
of NFSserver onto NFSclient.
On the server, I put the directory into /etc/dfs/dfstab, then, "sh
/etc/init.d/nfs.server start"
dfshares shows the resource being shared,
But when I go to the client and
NFSclient# mount /x/y
nfs mount: NFSserver: NFS service not responding
nfs mount: retrying: /x/y
dfmounts on the server still shows that the client is mounting.
Things used to be fine with the same procedure before I installed the
following patches on my Ultra (2.5.1)
NFSserver# showrev -p
