The 4.1.4 tty driver seems to have picked up the 100513 patches, as far as I
can tell.

102464-02 concerns itself with data loss during 9-bit transfers (CS8 + PARENB)
and another bug involving some data fault panics. Nothing whatsoever to do
with hardware flow control.
