Sorry if you get multiple copies of this SUMMARY, I've been having problems
with mail recently, and I wasn't sure if the first one went out.
I'm also sorry I forgot to fill in the subject line earlier. Here's the
text from my original message:

Sun replaced two of the SIMMS, didn't fix the problem. Next they
replaced the CPU board, didn't fix the problem. Finally, the SUN
technician said noticed how it only occurred right after we shut down
the machine, and ran the memory test, and then it only occurred
once. Since we could duplicate it on another SPARCstation 20, he
called SUN and they told him, "Oh yeah, that's a known problem, you
have to issue a "reset" before you run the memory test, or else you
will see that error".
Thanks to all who responded. I wish SUN could have just told us this
when we called in and explained the problem originally.
