To all,

I forgot to check /etc/remote. STUPID! As soon as I set

courier:\
        p8:dv=/dev/cua0:br#38400:el=^C^S^Q^U^D:ie=%$:od=^D:

instead of 19200, ati4 reset to 38400, and I was fine.

I solved it before anyone sent an answer, so if you still have
pertinent info on max baud rates for a Sparc 2, I still would
like to hear from you....
