Thank all for replies. My question was:
> /usr/ucb/cc: language optional osftware package not installed
> *** Error code 1
> make: Fatal error: Command failed for target 'cccp.o'
The following one is one of replies which was from Tim Carlson <tim@santafe.edu> and is working very well for me.

cc is not part of the Solaris distribution. You need to get a precompiled
version of gcc to make a new gcc on your system.

Subject: 10.4) Solaris 2.x does not have a C compiler. Where can I get
one?
You can buy one from Sun and various third-party vendors.
A very old version of GCC is available on the Sun Catalyst CD-WARE #3
CD-ROM
under Cygnus. This version should only be used to compile a more recent
version of GCC.
Recent GCC binaries can be retrieved from the following FTP sites:
0) ftp://prep.ai.mit.edu/pub/gnu/sparc-sun-solaris2/
1) ftp://ftp.lanet.lv/pub/unix/solaris2/
2) ftp://nic.switch.ch/mirror/gnu-sparc-solaris/
