Thanks to all who responded!!

Original question:
-----------------
Can someone please tell me what parameters I need to use
with the "usfdump" command using a 112m 8mm tape on a
5GB 8mm tape drive?

Answer:
------
- On Solaris 2.x system, no special parameters are needed, but it
  doesn't hurt.

Ex.:

ufsdump 0udsbf 54000 13000 126 /dev/rmt/0m /dev/rdsk/c1t1d0s0

- On SunOS system use:

Ex.:

dump 0udsbf 54000 13000 126 /dev/rstn /dev/sdxx
where
        d = tape density 54,000 BPI
        s = size (tape length) 13,000 feet
        b = blocking factor 126 (512B blocks) = 63KB
        f = file/device /dev/sdxx
