Hello,
My original post was largely missundestood; I wanted to know whether
SunOS4.1.4 can work with multiple CPUs, and whether Sun have released a
PPP driver for SunOS4.1.4, as the local Sun people say that (A) is
impossible and (B) never happened.
Thanks to everyone who answered so far:

SUMMERY:
SunOS4.1.4 _can_ work with multiple CPU's. It doesn't do it as well or as
efficiently as Solaris2.5, but it _does_ work. If I put in another CPU it
will not just sit there doing nothing.
Sun have released Sunlink PPP which works with SunOS4.1.4. Many people
said they _really_ don't like this package, but it exists, which is what
I wanted to know.
I guess the local Sun people will do anything to push Solaris2.5...
