Suggested Solutions:

I ended up using #3 of the following suggestions. Sysinfo is quite nice. It outputs more info than you ever want to know.

1. look at messages at boot time
2. dmesg
3. run sysinfo (ftp:// usc.edu/pub/sysinfo/sysinfo-3.1.3.tar.gz)
4. uname -a
5. if check visually, RAM on SS10 is at center of motherboard while RAM on SS20 is oriented at left of box ( assuming you're looking from the front of the box.)
6. the SS20 has audio ports on the back - the SS10 does not
7. The part numbers for SS20's are:
501-2324

The part numbers for SS10's are:

501-2377
501-2274
501-1733
501-2259
501-2365

8. /etc/prtconf
