Hello admins!.
My original question was:
A frind is trying install DB2 in a Sparc running Solaris 2.4
This require add this variables to the /etc/system file :
shminfo_semmni=230
shminfo_semmns=230
shminfo_semmap=232
So, when run it, this error appear.
Sorry variable 'shminfo_semmni' is not defined in the 'shmsys' module
Sorry variable 'shminfo_semmns' is not defined in the 'shmsys' module
Sorry variable 'shminfo_semmap' is not defined in the 'shmsys' module
What can I do ?
The answer :
The correct syntax was:
set semsys:seminfo_semmni=230
set semsys:seminfo_semmns=230
set semsys:seminfo_semmap=232
