The answer to resolving this message is to start up cmdtool with a
wrap-around value "-M" of greater than 100,000 bytes which is the
default. Under SunOS I guess the default was either higher, or there
was no default, because I never came across this message prior to
upgrading from SunOS 4.1.1 to Solaris 2.4.
Your .Xdefaults can also be used to set this value, see cmdtool(1) for
details.
