Update to SUMMARY: vsar.

Hi all,

As an update to my sommary that I posted several days ago about
vsar leif@netscape.com points out that the documentation that I (he)
provided was for the version of vsar that is distributed by SMCC.
He reports that vsar-4.5 which is what he is using is an
"exceptional system monitoring tool". Neither one of us can
fathom why Sun wouldn't include this in their OS's. Sun?
